Is it permissible for a mother to falsely swear on the Mus'haf out of fear of divorce and abandoning her daughters?

There is no sin upon the mother if she is compelled to swear an oath out of fear of certain harm, such as divorce. She must seek Allah's forgiveness. It is not permissible to take from his money unless he is stingy and does not provide them and their children with sufficient sustenance, in which case they may take what is reasonable.
