Is it permissible for the owner of a private school to sell it and include the charitable support he received for its development in its price?

The valuation of the school's price in this matter depends on the intention of the charitable organizations. If their intention was to help the school owner and develop it by way of ownership, then he may include the support in the total price of the school. However, if the intention was to donate for the public good, then he is not permitted to calculate the value of the developments and equipment from the school's price; because they do not fall under his ownership, and due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." The principle is that the donor intended the public good, so the school owner is not permitted to benefit from this support by increasing its price.
