What is the ruling on working in an interest-based (usurious) bank with the aim of gaining experience and due to the need for marriage, especially given the unavailability of other suitable jobs and low wages that do not cover basic needs? Is it permissible to work there, albeit with a degree of dislike (karaha), until another job opportunity becomes available?

Working in usurious banks is forbidden and not permissible except in cases of extreme necessity. The need for marriage is not considered a necessity. If a Muslim cannot find a permissible job that meets his basic needs, then it is permissible for him to work in banks until he finds another job. And whoever fears Allah and avoids His wrath, He will provide him with a good and lawful provision.
