Will the prayer of one who prays and is preoccupied with the loud conversation of her female companions praying beside her be accepted, and should she repeat the prayer after they finish? And is her action considered hypocrisy?

If you have begun an obligatory prayer, it is incumbent to complete it. It is not permissible to interrupt it due to some voices being raised. Nor should a supererogatory prayer be interrupted for this reason. If you do interrupt it, it is not hypocrisy. You should continue and focus on the prayer. After finishing, advise those who are doing this and inform them of the harm and disturbance their raised voices cause to others.
