What is the ruling on the prayer of a man who raises his voice during prayer, disturbing those around him, and is the prayer of the one harmed by him acceptable despite their lack of concentration?

A Muslim should not disturb his brother by raising his voice during prayer. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, forbade this, saying: "Indeed, the worshipper is conversing with his Lord, so let him consider what he is conversing with Him about, and let not some of you raise your voices over others with the Quran." Raising one's voice harms the worshippers and prevents them from concentrating on the prayer. The prayer of one who raises his voice is valid if performed correctly, and a lack of concentration in prayer diminishes humility (khushu'), but the prayer is sound if all its pillars and conditions are met.
