What is the ruling on a woman leading other women in a loud prayer?

It is permissible for a woman to lead other women in prayer, whether it is a silent or audible prayer. She may recite audibly in the audible prayers, but without raising her voice as a man would; rather, she should lower her voice. If non-mahram men are present, she should pray silently.
