Is my prayer and the director's imamate valid, taking into account the director's audible recitation during prayer to teach the students?

Scholars differ on the ruling concerning women praying in congregation. The Shafi'is hold it to be commendable, citing as evidence that Aisha and Umm Salama, may Allah be pleased with them, led women in prayer. The Hanafis, however, deem a woman leading other women in prayer as disliked. The most preponderant opinion is the permissibility of her leading prayer, based on the authentic narration that Umm Waraqa bint Nawfal al-Ansariya used to lead the people of her household in prayer. It is hoped that women will attain the reward of congregational prayer.

It is by consensus impermissible for a woman to lead men in prayer. As for a female teacher raising her voice in a place where recitation should be whispered, it is contrary to the Sunnah according to the majority of scholars, though her prayer remains valid. The Hanafis, however, prohibit it.

Therefore, a man should lead everyone in prayer, or men and women should pray separately, while teaching boys prayer through instruction and understanding.
