Is it permissible for a woman to lead other women in prayer at her school while she is new to this, and is their prayer valid?

It is permissible for a woman to lead women in prayer if she recites Al-Fatiha and performs the prayer well. It is better for the one with the most memorization of the Quran and the most knowledge of the rulings of prayer to step forward to lead.
