Is it forbidden to touch pork to cut it while wearing gloves, given that the meat will not be eaten or served to anyone?

The Islamic law indicates that it is forbidden to touch pork, even without eating it, due to what is mentioned in the Hadith: "Whoever plays backgammon is as if he had dyed his hand with the flesh and blood of a pig," narrated by Muslim. Furthermore, cutting and cooking pork is a form of assistance in consuming it. Therefore, there is no need to learn meat cutting by practicing on pork.
