What is the ruling on money awarded by the court to a worker for arbitrary dismissal, and is it permissible for him to take it?

The lease contract is based on mutual consent and is binding on both parties. Neither party can unilaterally terminate it except with the consent of the other or for a legitimate Sharia-compliant excuse. If the employer dismisses the worker during the contract period, the employer must pay the full wage for the agreed-upon period if the worker made himself available for work.
