Is the prayer valid when involuntary drops of urine are discharged during prostration (sujud) or bowing (ruku), knowing that the worshipper suffers from obsessive-compulsive disorder (waswas) and finds it difficult to repeat the purification and prayer?

If the discharge of these drops is merely a doubt or a whisper [from Satan], then pay no attention to it and continue with your prayer. However, if you are certain of their discharge, then if it happens occasionally, perform ablution (wudu') and purify the area. But if it is continuous, then you are like a person afflicted with سلس (incontinence), and you should perform ablution after the entry of the prayer time and pray with this ablution the obligatory (fard) prayer and whatever supererogatory (nafl) prayers you wish, while taking precautions. If, however, they are discharged during bowing (rukūʿ) and prostration (sujūd), then some scholars hold the view of performing them by gesturing if the discharge stops thereby, while others hold the view that bowing and prostration are obligatory, with precautions and ablution after the entry of the prayer time, even if the drops are discharged.
