Is "Al-Mu'izz" one of Allah's Most Beautiful Names, and is it permissible to be named "Abd Al-Mu'izz"?

Scholars have differed regarding whether the name "al-Mu'izz" (The Bestower of Honor) is one of Allah's Beautiful Names. One group affirmed it, based on Allah's saying: ﴿You honor whom You will﴾ [Quran 3:26], and its mention in some narrations of the hadith about the Beautiful Names (even if they are weak). Another group negated it, considering it an attribute or an action of Allah, rather than a name. It is more likely that naming oneself "Abdul-Mu'izz" (Servant of the Bestower of Honor) is permissible, especially given its widespread use and its dedication of servitude to Allah Almighty, though it is better to dedicate servitude to the names upon which there is agreement.
