Is the employee who issues a salary breakdown statement to employees who use it to take out usurious loans sinful, knowing that this is part of the nature of his work?

There is no objection to writing a salary statement for employees, unless it is addressed to an usurious bank for the purpose of borrowing from it. In that case, it is not permissible to write it, as it constitutes assistance in sin. The Permanent Committee was asked about an employee who writes a recommendation for university staff to obtain an usurious loan, and it replied that it is not permissible if the writer knows that the person for whom the recommendation is written will use it for usurious transactions; due to the generality of the hadith: "Allah has cursed the one who consumes Riba (usury), the one who gives it, the one who writes it, and its two witnesses," and he said: "They are all equal." And due to the generality of the Almighty’s saying: (And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression).
