Does an employee’s writing of data that includes usurious bank benefits, or his working in a place where salaries are derived from usurious bank transactions, place him and his colleagues under the threat of usury, and what about purifying money through charity?

Your refusal to write papers that include what Allah has forbidden, and your objection to your manager, is a religious duty for which you will be rewarded, because there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator, for "obedience is only in what is good." Your writing of such papers makes you an assistant in sin, and "the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes Riba (usury), its payer, its writer, and its two witnesses, and he said: they are all equal." Everyone who calculates and writes interest and signs checks that include usurious interest falls under those who assist in the major sin of Riba. As for the one who actually commits Riba, it is the manager who has the final decision. Salaries that are for permissible work are permissible, even if they are from a Riba-based bank. As for salaries for forbidden work, they are forbidden and must be disposed of by spending them on charitable causes with the intention of getting rid of what is forbidden. If you are forced to write what includes what is forbidden, then strive to donate a percentage of your salary to purify it.
