Is it permissible to say that Allah is the Best of All, by analogy with His saying, the Most High: ﴿The Best of Creators﴾?

"Allah is the best of all" means that Allah, the Exalted, is the best, most perfect, greatest, and most beneficial of all things for His servant. This is a statement informing about Allah, and it is broader than the category of naming and describing, which are restricted to legal texts. The superlative form (af'al al-tafdil) has been used in the Qur'an in reference to Allah Almighty, such as: "Is Allah better or what they associate with Him?" (27:59), and "And Allah is better and more lasting" (20:73), and "For Allah is the best guardian" (12:64). There is no reason to forbid this phrase, even though other phrases might be more preferable and eloquent. And His saying, "So blessed be Allah, the best of creators" (23:14), means the most skillful of makers.
