Is it obligatory to leave one's job to pursue memorizing the Quran, or to stop memorizing for the sake of the job, especially if the job conditions are financially and religiously suitable?

Combining memorization of the Quran with work is a good thing, and with sincere determination and time management, it can be achieved. If it is not possible to reconcile them, then continue working while preserving what has been memorized of the Quran, and you can join memorization centers on vacation days. Utilize your teaching position to invite female students to Allah and be a good role model for them.
