What is the ruling on reciting verses from multiple surahs consecutively, and is it necessary to say "Bismillah" before each verse to clarify that they are not in order?

The majority of scholars agree on the obligation of arranging the verses of the Holy Quran and its surahs in order during recitation and prayer, and reversing their order is forbidden. However, when quoting or using verses as evidence, arranging the verses is not obligatory, nor is the one presenting evidence required to mention the Basmala or the Isti'adha with every verse used as proof. Rather, the Isti'adha and Basmala are sunnah when beginning recitation from the start of a surah.
