If disclosing it leads to a benefit, then it is not considered the forbidden open transgression. Therefore, if a patient's disclosure of a sin helps the doctor diagnose or treat an illness, there is no objection to it due to the benefit that results from it. However, it should be limited to what is necessary to mention.
