Is the prayer of a woman who does not wear the hijab outside of prayer accepted, and is she held accountable for the prayer separately from her not wearing the hijab?

Prayer is the pillar of the religion and the greatest practical pillar of Islam. It is valid if a person performs it with its conditions and pillars. It is not a condition for its validity that its performer be free from sin.
