What is the ruling of Islamic law on continuing to get to know a girl who evades meeting him with the aim of getting to know her for marriage?

It is not permissible Islamically for a young man and woman to get to know each other via phone or otherwise, because it opens a door for Satan, and Allah has forbidden following his footsteps. Many problems and temptations have arisen because of these communications, and marriages based on this method often have problems and doubts behind them. The correct way is for the family to search for a suitable wife, then he goes to see her and seeks Allah's guidance (istikharah). Jurists have stipulated the impermissibility of a man greeting a young woman and her returning it, so how then about conversing and getting to know each other without the presence of guardians? This is one of the warned-against footsteps of Satan.
