What is the ruling on a worshipper delaying raising their head from bowing (rukuʿ) after the Imam says "Samiʿa Allahu liman ḥamidah" (Allah hears those who praise Him), such that the Imam prostrates while the worshipper has not yet raised their head?

It is best for the worshiper to perform the pillar after the Imam and to catch up with him in it. It is not permissible to intentionally perform the pillar after the Imam has finished it.
