Is it permissible for a Muslim woman residing in a non-Muslim country to shop during Friday prayer for a necessity, and does the ruling differ if she is menstruating?

It is permissible to engage in buying and selling during the time of Jumu'ah prayer for a menstruating woman or a woman residing in a non-Islamic country, as Jumu'ah prayer is not obligatory upon them. However, she is advised to emigrate to Muslim countries unless there is an urgent necessity, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "I am free from any Muslim who resides among the polytheists, such that their fires are not visible to each other."
