Does the ruling of the verse that calls for asking women from behind a screen when seeking an item apply only to the Mothers of the Believers, or to all foreign women, and what is the extent of the permissibility of a relationship between a male student and a married female teacher who is much older than him?

The verse of the hijab (Al-Ahzab: 53) is not exclusive to the wives of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, but is general to all believing women, because its rationale, "that is purer for your hearts and their hearts," is general. It is not permissible to trust oneself and not fall into temptation when alone with a woman who is unlawful to him. Therefore, the relationship with her must be cut off immediately.
