Religious obligations do not fall away due to their difficulty. Some of them are arduous so that Allah may distinguish the wicked from the good, and the reward is commensurate with the hardship. It is not permissible to be audacious in issuing fatwas; rather, one must be meticulous and follow the evidence. The about the Dajjal does not apply to ordinary days of twenty-four hours. The duty of Muslims in lands with long or short days is to act according to the Sharia times for fasting and prayer. Whoever has an excuse is permitted to break their fast.
