Is the money a husband receives from food companies, in exchange for providing them with the contact numbers of wedding planners, permissible?

What a husband does by taking a commission from restaurant owners, if he is authorized to do so by his employer, either explicitly or by common practice, or if he does it outside his official working hours, then there is no harm in it. This falls under permissible brokerage, as long as it does not involve assisting in the sale of something prohibited, or guiding to something whose sale is prohibited.
