What is the ruling on a wife donating her kidney to her friend without her husband's permission?

It is permissible for a woman to donate her kidney to her friend if she is eligible to donate, the Shariah conditions are met, and her donation does not infringe upon her husband's rights. It is preferable to consult him. However, if any of these conditions are not met, then the donation is not permissible.
