Is it permissible for a father to evict his son from a house he had given him to live in, after the son had lived in it for a period and showed disobedience towards his father?

The lender may revoke the loan (ariyah) at any time, whether it was for an unspecified or a specified period. Therefore, there is no blame upon the man for asking his son to leave the house he loaned to him.
