Is a wife considered irrevocably divorced from her husband who divorced her three times, then took her back without her knowledge after she left the country, and he now refuses to confirm her divorce or take her back, and demands that she waive her rights?

If a man divorces his wife three times, she becomes irrevocably separated from him (Bainunah Kubra), and she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband. He does not have the right to take her back. However, if the divorce is less than three pronouncements, and he takes her back before the 'iddah (definition) (waiting period) ends, she remains his wife, and he must treat her as a wife and fulfill all her rights. It is not permissible for him to leave her in a state of suspension. In the case of a triple divorce, what he records in court does not change the reality of her irrevocable separation. Her remaining his wife according to official documents leads to significant corruption. It is advised to counsel him and instill the fear of Allah in him, or to involve wise people to prove the divorce in court. If that does not work, she can seek Khul' (divorce by mutual agreement) by relinquishing her Mahr (dower).
