Does divorce occur with the words "you are divorced, divorced" in a state of anger, the wife's menstruation, and her not leaving the house, if this is the first divorce?

Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce as long as the person is aware of what he is saying. Divorcing a menstruating woman or a woman in a period of purity during which intercourse occurred is an innovative (bid'i) and forbidden divorce, but it is considered valid by most scholars. The saying "You are divorced, divorced" results in a single divorce if you did not intend to issue two divorces. If three divorces have not been completed, you may take back your wife before the 'iddah (waiting period) expires, which is three menstrual cycles, or the delivery of the child, or three months. The taking back (ruju') is accomplished by word or by intercourse.
