Is it correct for a brother to leave his job in medicine due to fatwas that oblige him to pay compensation or fast for two months in the event of error or patient death, and because of one of his professors saying that they will not gain experience before causing the death of many patients?

The medical profession is one of the noblest professions, and it is a communal obligation (fard kifaya). It can become recommended (mustahabb) if coupled with the intention of benefiting Muslims, and obligatory (wajib) if it becomes incumbent upon an individual due to the absence of anyone else. A doctor is not liable unless they practice medicine without knowledge or their hand errs in their work. It is advised not to refuse to work in medicine if a person is qualified for it, while being careful not to fall into error and to practice what conforms to the rules of medicine.
