Should a lawsuit be filed to claim the inheritance of the father, who passed away in 2004, after the brother paid the share of the sister who died following a court demand, but did not pay the share of the other sister?

Allah Almighty has specified the shares of inheritance in His Book, making them His limits, which must not be exceeded or fallen short of. Depriving any heir of their share is a major sin, a clear injustice, and an overstepping of Allah's boundaries. Depriving daughters, in particular, resembles the practice of the جاهلية (pre-Islamic era of ignorance) and is a neglect of the Prophet's (peace be upon him) وصية (injunction), who emphasized the rights of the two vulnerable groups: the orphan and the woman. Therefore, there is no sin upon the sister if she refers her case to the judiciary to obtain her right, as long as her brother has withheld it. However, if she waives her right or patiently waits for her brother to give it to her voluntarily, out of a desire to maintain kinship ties and preserve affection, it is a virtue on her part for which she will be rewarded, though it is not obligatory for her.
