What is the meaning of the saying, "The camel herdsmen will compete in erecting tall buildings," or "The ignorant camel herdsmen will compete in erecting tall buildings," which is mentioned in one of the Prophetic narrations (Hadith)?

The hadith (definition) in the Two Sahihs about the signs of the Hour, where the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, informed Jibreel that among the signs of the Hour are: "when the slave woman gives birth to her master, and when the barefoot, naked, destitute shepherds of camels compete in constructing tall buildings." The meaning of this is that the camel herders, who were far from urban manifestations, will become the most extravagant and boastful in construction, and this is what is happening today in the Arabian Peninsula.
