From where do the people of Makkah enter into ihram for Umrah, and from where do the people of Al-Hada enter into ihram for Umrah, knowing that Al-Hada is before the miqat?

The people of Mecca perform Umrah (definition) by entering into the state of ihram (definition) from outside the Haram (definition), such as from Tan'im. If they reside in Al-Hada during the summer, they perform Umrah by entering into the state of ihram from their location. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And whoever is closer than that, his miqat (definition) is from where he started, even the people of Mecca enter into ihram from Mecca." The Prophet also commanded Aisha, when she wanted to perform Umrah while she was in Mecca, to enter into ihram from the Hill (area outside the Haram).
