What should a person do if they feel lust towards their maternal or paternal aunt when greeting them, and they are the ones who initiate extending their hand?

It is permissible for a man to shake hands with his maharim (unmarriageable kin) and to look at what is ordinarily uncovered of them, such as the neck, head, hands, and feet. However, it is impermissible to look at what is ordinarily covered, such as the chest and back, provided that there is no fear of temptation (fitna) and no lust. If he feels pleasure when shaking hands with one of them, he must refrain from shaking her hand, and he should avoid places where she is present to avoid embarrassment.
