Is the fluid that women discharge at the time of arousal and climax during masturbation not semen, and thus does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bathing), and that a woman only performs ghusl if her husband has intercourse with her?

Masturbation is forbidden (haram) and one must repent from it. The statement that women do not have semen (maniy) is incorrect. Similarly, the statement that the fluid discharged from a woman does not necessitate ghusl (ritual bath) unconditionally is incorrect, because it could be semen, and thus ghusl becomes obligatory if it carries the characteristics of semen. Scholars have unanimously agreed on the obligation of ghusl upon the discharge of semen with desire, whether for a man or a woman, based on the hadith: "Water is from water [meaning ghusl is necessitated by the discharge of semen]," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying to Umm Sulaym when she asked him about a woman's wet dream: "Yes, if she sees water [meaning seminal fluid]."
