Is ghusl obligatory upon the emission of seminal fluid in all cases of its emission, knowing that it does not contain sperm?

Ghusl (ritual bath) becomes obligatory if the discharged fluid is semen, expelled with desire, and followed by a weakening of the body, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Water is from water." There is no disagreement among jurists regarding the obligation of Ghusl from semen discharged with desire.
