Is ghusl obligatory for a man if he holds his penis just before ejaculation and prevents the emission, or if he later notices the descent of small drops?

If a man feels semen moving but it does not exit, ghusl (definition) (ritual bath) is not obligatory upon him according to the majority of scholars, and this is the most preponderant opinion, based on the hadith (definition): "Water is only from water." However, if semen exits, even if only a single drop, with desire and gushing, ghusl is obligatory by consensus. It should be noted that retaining semen from exiting is harmful. But if sexual intercourse occurs, ghusl is obligatory even if semen is not discharged.
