What is the ruling on a pilgrim wearing a tailored waist wrap that fits his waist?

"The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) clarified what is forbidden for the pilgrim to wear. The pilgrim should not wear shirts, turbans, trousers, hooded cloaks (burnouses), or socks unless he cannot find sandals, in which case he may wear socks but must cut them below the ankles. He should not wear any garment that has been touched by saffron or wars (a type of yellow dye). Everything else is permissible to wear except for these things which the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) has clarified. As for the izar (lower garment) that is tailored to the size of a man's waist, there is nothing wrong with it if it is not in the meaning of trousers.
