Is it permissible to supplicate with the formula: "O Allah, I will not cease until You judge for me, and You are the best of judges. My Lord, and do not make my affair difficult for me," with the intention of insistence and seeking an expedited answer to a need?

The first supplication, "I will not leave this land until my father permits me, or Allah decides for me, and He is the best of judges," is taken from the statement of Yusuf's brother. It is an informative statement, not a supplication. However, if the supplicant intends thereby to persist in supplication and insistence until his goal is achieved, then there is no harm in it.

The second supplication, "Do not hold me accountable for what I forgot and do not burden me with difficulty in my affair," is taken from the statement of Musa to Al-Khidr. There is no harm in supplicating with it to seek facilitation of affairs.
