Is listening to the short music that plays at the beginning of Samsung or iPhone phones considered a sin?

If it is possible to mute or delete the musical sound, then do so. If not, then there is no blame upon you, because this is something with which people are generally afflicted, and because Allah Almighty says: {So fear Allah as much as you are able} [At-Taghabun: 16], and because scholars differentiate between the ruling on hearing without intention and listening with intention.
