The mere fact that a name is foreign does not make it blameworthy unless its meaning necessitates a prohibition. There is no objection to naming with "Jihan," even if other names are preferable. It means a thick face, and it is also the name of a city and a river. There is no objection to naming with "Misk" (Musk), "Saba" (Youthfulness/Eastern Breeze), or "Ru'a" (Visions). As for the names "" (Piety) and "Ghufran" (Forgiveness), it is not appropriate to name with them due to the self-praise they imply.
