Is the supplication: "O Allah, forgive my sin, make my dwelling easy for me, and bless my provision" a legitimate supplication to be recited when performing ablution?

The supplication mentioned (O Allah, forgive my sin, expand my home, and bless my provision) was narrated by Al-Nasa'i from Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari after the Prophet's ablution, and Al-Tirmidhi narrated it with a similar wording (O Allah, forgive my sin, expand my provision, and bless what You have provided me) without mentioning ablution. Sheikh Al-Albani graded it hasan (good) due to supporting narrations.
