What is the ruling on a husband repeatedly saying to his wife: "If you open my phone or my private power adapter, you are divorced," if the husband does not intend divorce, and does divorce occur without an explicit pronouncement?

The phrases uttered by your husband are allusive and could imply divorce or something else. If he intended divorce by them, it would occur upon the fulfillment of the condition he set. However, since you did what your husband forbade you from doing, interpreting that divorce would not occur due to this oath, our preponderant opinion is that divorce does not occur in this situation. This is based on the statement of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah: "One may perform the action sworn against forgetfully, or by interpretation, or may have refrained for a reason which then ceased, or may have sworn believing it to be of a certain description but it turned out to be otherwise. In these cases, divorce does not occur, according to the stronger opinion." It is incumbent upon a wife to obey her husband in what is good, and it is not permissible for her to spy on him.
