Is a person who is infertile sinful if he refrains from marriage and remains celibate until death?

If a man does not fear committing Zina (unlawful sexual intercourse), then marriage is not obligatory for him, and he does not sin if he remains celibate. However, if he desires marriage and fears committing Zina if he does not marry, then marriage becomes obligatory for him. When marriage becomes obligatory for him, he sins by not marrying. He is not obligated to inform the woman that he is infertile, as infertility is not among the defects that establish the option of annulling the marriage; however, it is recommended for him to inform her.
