How should a wife deal with her visions that reveal her husband's lies and negatively affect her trust in him, especially after her husband told her that what she sees is a "gift from Allah"?

The spouses must be keen on strengthening their relationship, trust, and cohabitation with kindness, and fulfilling all rights. If one of them falls short, the other should be gentle with them or forgive them, and ask Allah for reward, citing the Hadith (definition): "You fulfill the right that is upon you, and you ask Allah for that which is for you." Visions do not prove anything, so do not tell your husband about them, and treat him according to what appears from his state.
