How is the inheritance of a man who died leaving one wife and one daughter, and has no sons, but has nephews, distributed?

If a man dies and leaves behind a wife, a daughter, and nephews (sons of brothers), the inheritance is divided as follows:

The wife: Gets one-eighth, based on the Almighty's saying: (But if you have a child, then for them [the wives] is one-eighth of what you leave). The daughter: Gets one-half, based on the Almighty's saying: (And if there is only one [daughter], she will have half). The nephews (sons of brothers): Take the remainder as 'Asabah (agnatic heirs), based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: (Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male relative).

Note: The remainder is only for the male nephews (sons of brothers). If there are no male nephews (sons of brothers), then the remainder is returned to the daughter. In this case, the wife takes one-eighth, and the daughter takes the entire remaining inheritance.
