Is it permissible to perform ablution (wudu) and ritual bathing (ghusl) with water heated by a solar water heater that was purchased with ill-gotten money?

It is obligatory to advise the person who bought the device with unlawful money that they must dispose of its value and pay it to its rightful owner if known, or to the poor and needy if there is no specific owner. Using the device is permissible because its value has become a debt owed by its purchaser. Wudu and ghusl with water heated by it are permissible, and the fact that it is heated by solar energy has no effect, for water heated by the sun is not disliked, and what has been narrated regarding its dislike is weak.
