What is the ruling on praying when the call to prayer has finished in one mosque, while other mosques are still making the call to prayer?

Congregational prayer is obligatory for men, and prayer in the mosque is obligatory for those who have no excuse. There is no harm for someone who has an excuse, or for whom congregational prayer is not obligatory, or for those who prayed in congregation outside the mosque, in starting the prayer after hearing the adhan from one of the mosques upon the entry of the time. The prayer in this case is valid, even if other mosques have not finished their adhan. Responding to the muezzin is recommended, not obligatory. So, whoever begins the prayer after the time has entered, their prayer is valid, even if they started it during the adhan or before it.
