Is it permissible to close a mosque after the call to prayer and go to another mosque for congregational prayer, or is it better to pray alone in the mosque and receive the reward of congregational prayer?

If you are the Imam of the mosque, it is better for you to pray in your mosque, even if no one comes to you. However, if you are not the Imam, and you fear that no one will attend to pray with you, then it is better to go to another mosque where you can join the congregational prayer, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "A man's prayer with another man is purer than his prayer alone, and a man's prayer with two men is purer than his prayer with one man. The more numerous they are, the more beloved it is to Allah, the Almighty and Glorious."
