Is my answer "No, I am not pregnant" to others' questions, while I intend to conceive in the future after I recover, a sin?

There is no harm in delaying childbearing for a legitimate, recognized Sharia interest, such as preserving the health of the mother or child. Therefore, there is no objection to answering with: "No, praise be to Allah" in this context.
